Our factory in the heart of Gouda processes around 2 tons of dough each year.
In the middle of Gouda’s old city centre, we turn around 2 tons of dough into freshly baked stroopwafels each year. Every day the street fills with the scent of warm caramel and golden waffles. Here everything revolves around tradition, craftsmanship and a touch of pride. It is not just the syrup that is golden, but the place where it is made.
